"I contacted Mike’s for a home sale inspection of the septic system and was assisted by office staff member Robyn. She was very helpful and courteous in booking the short notice inspection as I had a four day inspection period. Robyn contacted me a day later and informed me that through her research she had found an inspection had just been completed two months prior and submitted to the County. The system was deemed in compliance. She then advised me that the info was public, which was news to me as I have never owned a property with a septic system. Robyn advised she would email me the info and cancel the inspection. I saved quite a bit of money. Helpful, courteous, and honest."
