"We bought a house knowing it was on a septic system, problem was the owner before did not leave the pipes exposed for pumping. I dug up my front yard and found the wrong pipe. Let me tell you, the ENTIRE crew came out and was determined to find it. And they did. The whole time they were super personable and easy to talk with. Bunch of funny fun guys.
After they pumped my two tanks, they ensured the system was working properly, which it wasn’t. They inspect the basement and found he main pipe to the tanks was clogged, so they cleaned the drain pipe on the spot right away. That’s why my service was more expensive because it required more than a pump out.
They did not leave until they could confirm the problems were fixed, gave me advice on when I should pump, and helped me with the process on keeping the pipes exposed for easier service next time.
