"I called Mike's at 7:30 and they were here by 10:00 for my back up sewer lines. My downstairs toilet wasn't flushing, had a plumber snake it out, thought the problem was solved. 2 weeks later, toilet won't flush again, and now there's water coming up in the tub and the floor drain in the laundry room. EEK! Matt and his assistant (also Matt) found the problem about 2 minutes after arriving, pumped out both tanks and came inside to scoop out paper backed up under the floor drain and clear the inside lines. LIFE SAVERS!! Super friendly and explained a lot of the mechanicals to me that I didn't know. They have a customer for life. : )"
