"I called Mike's when I started to hear some gurgling drains and the water starting to show/rise in my basement clean-out. The customer service on the phone was great and very detailed, they arrived and quickly determined my pump was not functioning properly. Within 2 hours of calling about my potential issue they completed the job with great customer service. They even took time to educate me more on the system and things to watch for. I'm very pleased! "
